GLET ALB
GLET ALB
  - White cement and additive-based plaster for the interior and the exterior
GLET ALB

Caracteristics

Fine mineral mortar based on white cement, white fine aggregates, synthetic polymer additives and water-soluble cellulose derivatives. It is used as a very fine filling mixture. GLET ALB is meant for interior or exterior filling finishing of concrete walls or ceilings or conventionally coated with cement or lime-cement mortars and then smoothed. Surfaces which are to be filled (plastered) with GLET ALB should be made out of concrete, should be flat and smooth, clean and dry, dust and crack free. In order to prepare the filling mixture, a 20 kg, respectively 10 kg sack is mixed with 7.3 l (370 ml/kg), respectively 3.7 l (370 ml/kg) of clean and cold water, only in clean and appropriate containers, until a homogeneous paste is obtained; this is done by pouring the product into the water. After mixing, the paste is left to rest for about 10 minutes, then it is mixed again for about 1 - 2 minutes. The filling (plastering) of the base layer is done by evenly and smoothly applying the paste (filling mixture) with the hawk. The filling (plastering) can be applied in two layers, if necessary, each layer being at least 1 mm and maximum 2 mm thick. The second layer is applied at least 24 hours after applying the first layer. If the second layer is applied at least 7 days after the application of the first layer, then the latter shall be very finely finished in order to remove all the eventual impurities deposited and afterwards, it shall be very rigorously cleaned of dust. Consumption: approx. 1.45 kg/m²/mm thick

SUPER GLET ALB
SUPER GLET ALB
  - Extra white plaster for the interior and the exterior, based on white cement, calcite and resins
SUPER GLET ALB

Caracteristics

Superfine mineral mortar based on white cement, white fine aggregates with selected grading, synthetic polymer additives and water-soluble cellulose derivatives. SUPER GLET ALB is meant for interior or exterior filling finishing of concrete walls and/or ceilings or conventionally coated with cement or lime-cement plaster mortars and then smoothed. Surfaces which are to be filled (plastered) with SUPER GLET ALB should be made out of concrete, should be flat and smooth, clean and dry, dust and crack free. In order to prepare the filling mixture, a 20 kg, respectively 10 kg sack of SUPER GLET ALB is mixed with 7 l (350 ml/kg), respectively 3.5 l (350 ml/kg) of clean and cold water, only in clean and appropriate containers, until a homogeneous paste is obtained; this is done by pouring the product into the water. After mixing, the paste is left to rest for about 10 minutes and then it is mixed again for about 1-2 minutes, then it can be used for filling (plastering). Consumption: approx. 1.45 kg/m²/mm of layer thickness.

GLET DE IPSOS
GLET DE IPSOS
  - Gypsum and additive-based white plaster for the interior
GLET DE IPSOS

Caracteristics

Filling mixture based on air binders, white fine aggregates, synthetic polymer additives and water-soluble cellulose derivatives. The product is used for the final finishing of walls and ceilings, before painting or dyeing them. It is applied on walls and/or ceilings coated or lightly smoothed, at least 28 days old, having cement and/ or lime  cement or gypsum covering, only on the interior The filled surfaces become smooth, levelled and white. The filling mixture needed for plastering is obtained by mixing a 20 kg sack with 8 l (400ml/kg) of clean and cold water, only in clean and appropriate containers, until a homogeneous paste is obtained; this is done by pouring the product into the water. After mixing, the paste is left to rest for about 10 minutes and then it is mixed again for about 1-2 minutes, then it can be used for filling (plastering). If the second layer is applied at least 7 days after the application of the first layer, then the latter shall be very finely finished in order to remove all the eventual impurities deposited and afterwards, it shall be very rigorously cleaned of dust. Consumption: approx. 1.4 kg/m²/mm of layer thickness.

PROFIGLET
PROFIGLET
  - Gypsum and resin-based superfine plaster for the interior and the exterior
PROFIGLET

Caracteristics

Filling mixture based on air binders, white fine aggregates, synthetic polymer additives and water-soluble cellulose derivatives. The product is used for the final finishing of walls and ceilings, before painting or dyeing them. It is applied on walls and/or ceilings coated or lightly smoothed, at least 28 days old, having cement and/ or lime cement or gypsum covering, only on the interior. The filled surfaces become extremely smooth, levelled and white. The filling (plastering) of the base layer is done by evenly and smoothly applying the paste (filling mixture) with the hawk. After filling, any small irregularities can be removed by wet dabbing with the grouter or by mechanical processing with emery paper. Mechanical processing can only be carried out after drying. Consumption: 1.4 kg/m²/mm of layer thickness.
