CEMENT GLET
CEMENT GLET
  - Filling mixture of final finishing type based on grey cement, quartz sand, silica sand and additives
CEMENT GLET

Caracteristics

Mineral mortar for preparing the final finishing-type filling mixture, based on Portland cement, quartz sand, silica sand and specific water-soluble additives. CEMENT GLET is used for finishing walls covered with cement-based coating using a masons float. Surfaces on which CEMENT GLET is applied should be made out of concrete, should be flat and smooth, clean and dry, dust and crack free. If the water absorption degree of the base layer exceeds 6%, the layer is primed with Hidroflex. The product is obtained by mixing a 25 kg powder sack with 6.5 l (260 ml/kg) of clean and cold water, only in clean and appropriate containers, until a homogeneous paste is obtained; this is done by pouring the product into the water. After mixing, the paste is left to rest for about 10 minutes, then it is mixed again for about 1 - 2 minutes. After that, the obtained paste is ready for use. After checking and eventually preparing the base layer, the obtained paste is applied with the hawk. The applied layer should be between 1 mm and 3 mm thick. If more layers need to be applied, the different layer applications should be carried out at intervals of about 24 hours. Consumption: approx. 1.4 kg / mm/m².

AUTOLIV CLASIC
AUTOLIV CLASIC
  - Mineral mortar of self-levelling screed-type based on grey cement, siliceous sand and additives
AUTOLIV CLASIC

Caracteristics

Mineral mortar based on Portland cement, selected aggregates and water-soluble additives. AUTOLIV CLASIC is used for the fine levelling of floors with a view to creating a base layer with technical characteristics appropriate for final floor coverings such as: PVC, carpet, laminated or veneered floor coverings, multi-layer parquet, parquet, epoxy coatings, polyurethane coatings etc. Surfaces on which the self-levelling screed is applied should be made out of concrete, should be flat and smooth, clean and dry, dust and crack free, resistant, compact and with no brittle parts. After checking the layer on which AUTOLIV CLASIC is to be applied, the person responsible with the application rigorously vacuums the surface of this layer and applies the appropriate primer with a brush or a painting roller: Primer L 2022 for absorbent surfaces, and Primer L 7012 for non-absorbent surfaces. From priming up to the application of the self-levelling screed, attention should be paid so that the primed surface should be kept clean and dust free. The paste results from mixing a 25 kg sack of AUTOLIV CLASIC with 5.5 l - 6.5 l (220 - 260 ml/kg) of clean and cold water, only in clean and appropriate containers, until a homogeneous paste is obtained. After mixing, the paste is left to rest for about 10 minutes and then it is mixed again for about 1-2 minutes, and then it is immediately poured. It is recommended to pour the mixture quasicontinuously, with an interval between the pouring operations of about 3 - 4 minutes. The minimum thickness of an applied layer is of 2 mm, while the maximum thickness is of 4-5 mm. For higher values, successive layers will be poured at 48 hour intervals, each layer being primed. A thickness of 10 mm is allowed, on certain areas of maximum 4 cm provided that the distance between such areas is of at least 1 mm. After applying the product on the base layer, the former is immediately levelled with a levelling board (masons float, hawk) made from stainless steel. After levelling, air is eliminated from the applied paste with a rubber or plastic needle roller. Consumption: approx. 1.7 kg/m²/mm of thickness.

AUTOLIV PIANO 4

Caracteristics

Consum: cca. 1,5 kg/m2/mm grosime.

PRIMER L-2022
PRIMER L-2022
  - Liquid primer for reducing the absorption of absorbent surfaces on which the self-levelling screed AUTOLIV CLASIC is to be applied.
PRIMER L-2022

Caracteristics

PRIMER L 2022 is a primer which reduces the degree of absorption of the base layer on which the self-levelling screed AUTOLIV CLASIC is applied (see AUTOLIV CLASIC data sheet). Before applying the product, the base layer should be vacuumed and clean, dust and salt free, with no non-adhesive substances (grease, bitumen, dust, gypsum, dye, old wall painting etc.); it should have a neutral pH, be resistant, compact, non-crumbly, with no brittle parts and no cracks. If a base layer is not compatible with AUTOLIV CLSIC (see AUTOLIV CLASIC data sheet), then, neither priming with PRIMER L 2022 will help make it compatible. Priming is done by applying the product with the brush, the masons brush or the painting roller on the base layer checked as mentioned above; the self-levelling screed AUTOLIV CLASIC is to be applied on this base layer. After priming, the surface should be kept clean and dust free until the application of the self-levelling screed. The surface should not be forcedly dried by ventilation or high temperatures. Depending on the degree of absorption of the base layer, the priming procedure is performed as follows:

a. For medium absorbent surfaces (for example: initial layer of self-levelling screed, concrete, finely mashed off mortar screed), PRIMER L 2022, diluted with clean and cold water (1:1 ratio), is applied; this is done approx. 120 minutes before applying the auto-levelling screed.

b. For absorbent surfaces (for example: screed approx. M100, old or new), priming is done in two stages, as follows:

a. First, PRIMER L 2022 is abundantly applied, diluted with cold and clean water at a 1:4 ratio, then it is left to rest for about 120 minutes;

b. Secondly, PRIMER L 2022 is applied, diluted with cold and clean water at a 1:1 ratio; this operation is done approx. 120 minutes before applying the self-levelling screed.
