Caracteristics

Dry mortar, of flexible type, based on gypsum with special additives. It is used inside to putty the joints of plates of gypsum board. On the joints there is previously put strips of glass fiber for reinforcement. The surface on which SUPERFILL is used must be clean without traces of dust, grease or others impurities. The borders of the plates an cut oblique in order to deep the joint in form of V. The material is carried out by mixing a sack of 25 kg powder with 14 l (560 ml/kg) clean cold water. After the mixing the paste is put on rest for 10 minutes, and remix again for 1-2 minutes and is ready for use. Consumption 0,2 kg/m of joint. The paste is introduced into the joints and is covered with a net of glass fibers on which is applied a thin layer of paste. The paste is finished with the elastic float to achieve an uniform surface on the whole surface of the slab. After drying the plate is processed with glass paper. It is to avoid the work under the sun rays on strong wind or on temperatures under 5°C.
